My Choice

We hold the queque number of 2x and have since made the unit selection. We would like to share a few salient points in our selection criteria. Of course, we understand that you have your priority which is likely different from ours and we would like to hear from you in the comment section also.

We have choosen Block 525 because the following factor:
1. No afternoon sun

2. Shielded from direct noise from the expressway by cluster 117A

3. One of the best block enjoying the most far away distance from the expressway, in comparison with Block with similar attribute (Block 539, Block 541)

4. No full un-blocked city view but with pretty good viewing angle, as below based on my best estimate

    Ahh...I was wondering why the take up rate for 525 is so high... however from the 3d model @ tpy hub it seems like, half of your view will be your neighbour's living room.

    We are selecting our unit this Sun, it's quite disappointing that all the high floors are gone for 525, 541 and 539. :(

    From my perspective, it is a free noise barrier paid by someone else. Since my unit is at the high floor, naturally the focus is the view to the South instead of the pain wall.

    Nonetheless, I have to admit that there is none of the unit is perfect in this BTO. :-)

    Hi Tenteram Peak,
    I cant agree more quote "there is none of the unit is perfect in this BTO". Getting a 3 roomer here myself i must say 288 of the 319 units in this development "cannot make it". If the take up rate is high & my number is far behind I would give this BTO a miss. I list out my priorities ie View, Privacy, Access to car park , Main door orientation, afternoon sun , level # etc.
    I am quite though not too estatic with my choice of above level 25 south views though..
